Do you ever feel like everyone else around you has their life together or find yourself comparing what you are doing to that of your friends, colleagues, and frienemies only to feel like you are doing something wrong?
We all have our own set of problems, insecurities, and crosses to bear, but we tuck them away and hide them so that others won't see our vulnerabilities or discover that we might not be good enough.
You failed a course. You are having a burnout. You didn't get the promotion that you wanted. These things just happen, but very rarely do we publicize them or share with one another about our agony and pain for the fear of judgment and embarrassment. But rather than only sharing our happy moments or our accomplishments, let us start talking more openly about the problems that we are having in the hopes that talking about our problems can not only help us resolve them, but help us break the dangerous illusion that you are the only one with problems.
For this special volume, we will be collaborating with @ease Nederland!! As for the format, we will take on questions, worries, or problems that you might be struggling with prior to the meetup and discuss them during the meeting. Even if you don't have a question, worry, or a problem, feel free to join us anyways. We hope to see you there!!
